Hathaway’s, named after Dame Sibyl Hathaway, the current Seigneur’s great-grandmother, is located just inside the main gates of La Seigneurie Gardens in a beautifully renovated 16th century dairy. It has a sunny terrace for al fresco dining and a cosy wood burner inside for cooler days. Fresh lobster and crab come straight from Sark’s own sparkling waters with all sea food being sustainably fished.
Hathaway’s opened in 2022 under new management, with Bram Smit bringing international experience. There are new menus catering for all tastes, including vegan and vegetarian dishes, with salads and herbs from La Seigneurie kitchen garden. Bram and his team look forward to meeting and welcoming you to Hathaway’s.
Please note that Hathaway’s is closed
for the winter. The restaurant will reopen
in the spring of 2024.
